How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot password?. We'll send a reset link to your email. If it doesn't arrive in a few minutes, check your junk folder.

How do I get in touch with support?

Email us at support@flowody.com or use the Contact form. We're a small team and we read every message — you'll hear back from a real person, usually within one business day.

How do I add a team member?

Go to SettingsTeam and click Add User. Put in their name and email, set their role, and they'll get an invite to set up their own login. No extra steps on your end.

Can I see Flowody before I commit to anything?

Yes. Your 30-day free trial gives you full access to everything — no credit card needed to start. If you'd rather walk through it with someone first, use the Contact form to request a guided demo. No sales pitch — just a real look at whether it suits your business.

Is my business data safe?

Yes. Every account is fully isolated — other businesses can't see your data, and we can't access it without your permission. We use encrypted connections throughout. See our Privacy Policy if you want the full picture.

Does Flowody integrate with Xero, QuickBooks, or Stripe?

Yes. Flowody has two-way Xero and QuickBooks integration — invoices and payments sync automatically so your accounts stay up to date without manual data entry. Stripe is built in for payment processing, and branded payment receipts are sent to your customers automatically the moment they pay. No extra apps or subscriptions needed.

Can I use digital forms and collect signatures on jobs?

Yes. You can create custom forms — safety checklists, site inspection sheets, handover documents, and more — and attach them to any job. Your field team can complete forms and collect customer digital signatures directly from their phone or tablet. Everything is stored against the job with a full audit trail. No paper, no scanning, no chasing.

Can I cancel if it's not right for me?

Absolutely — no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Monthly plans: cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged for the following period. Annual plans: payments are non-refundable, but your access runs to the end of your paid year — nothing cuts off early. See our Terms of Service for the full detail.
