How Flowody's pricing works
Most job management software is sold per user per month, with the more useful features reserved for higher tiers. Flowody is sold as one flat base price with every feature included and small flat add-ons for extra seats. That single difference is most of what there is to understand, but it has consequences worth spelling out.
What the base price actually covers
The $30 a month base covers the business and one admin seat, and it includes every feature Flowody has — job, task and phase management, the scheduling calendar, GPS check-in and attendance with site distance, digital forms and e-signature links, quotes with public acceptance, invoicing and combined invoices, automatic payment receipts, customer booking request pages, email campaigns, renewal reminders, cost reports, Xero and QuickBooks integration, notifications, the custom template editor, the mobile app and unlimited jobs, customers and sites. There is no plan above this one that unlocks something better.
What extra seats cost
Additional admin seats are $20 a month each and field user seats are $10 a month each. Annual billing is $300 for the base, $200 per extra admin and $100 per extra field user — effectively ten months for twelve. A sole trader is $30 a month; an owner with three people in the field is $60; two admins and six field users is $110. Those are the whole numbers, not a starting point before modules are added.
Why flat pricing rather than per user
Per-user pricing quietly penalises the thing you are trying to do, which is grow. It also makes seasonal and casual labour a pricing decision rather than a staffing one, and it pushes businesses into sharing logins — which destroys the attendance and job history records the software exists to keep. The trial, and what happens after it
The trial runs 30 days with every feature available. Your card is saved securely through Stripe when you start, but is not charged until the trial ends, so nothing happens by surprise. There is no lock-in contract: a monthly plan cancelled before the next billing date is not charged for the following period, and an annual plan runs to the end of the year already paid for.
What you are not paying for
It is worth being straight about the boundaries, because they affect whether the price is good value for you specifically. Flowody does not do inventory or stock control, project accounting, or asset and maintenance registers. It stores rather than generates compliance documents — every job has folders for certificates and reports, but the software does not produce certificates. If your business depends on any of those, a larger platform will serve you better and the low price will not compensate.

There is a 30-day free trial with all features included. Your card is saved securely via Stripe when you sign up but is not charged until the trial ends, so you can run real jobs through Flowody before paying anything.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date with no charge for the following period. Annual plans run to the end of the year you have paid for.
What happens to my bill when I hire someone?
You add a seat: $10/month for a field user or $20/month for an admin, or $100 and $200 respectively on annual billing. The base price and your feature access do not change, so hiring does not move you onto a different plan.
